Applying to join the Sixth Form in September 2025
Our Sixth Form Application form is now open.

Timeline:
- Enrolment commences - 21st August 2025 (21/08/25 10am to 1pm on site - from 10am online)
- Start date for Year 12 - 2nd September 2025
A member of our Sith Form Team will be in school to discuss Sixth Form options on 26th, 27th and 28th August between 8.30am to 12.00pm. Please complete the application form (link above) as far as you are able, and make sure you bring your printed results with you.
If you are unable to make those dates, but are interested in a place in our 6th form, email sixthform@cleevepark-tkat.org with your results and the subjects you would like to study. Please be aware space on courses is limited so there may not be capacity in all subjects.
Choosing the right course for you
It is important to choose the right pathway for your Post 16 study. Our Sixth Form team offers a transition programme which supports your decision making; it includes: Assemblies, Open Evenings, One to One discussions with senior members of staff, information from universities and apprenticeship advisors. Whilst the pathways are primarily Level 3 we offer Level 2, Maths or English GCSE re-takes.
