A group of year 12 Criminology and Psychology students attended a trip to Solent University this week in Southampton.

Students were able to attend lectures in criminology which were linked to gender and how genders are treated differently in the justice system as well as looking at victims of crime and the theorists behind what makes someone commit crime.

Students were able to get a taster of how lectures are run as well as get information on Universities in Southampton and talk to students from other schools. It was an early start to the day but worth the long journey.
